keepin’ it simple

When was the last time you spent at least ten minutes looking for something you misplaced? More recently than you’d like to admit?

We all do it now and then. But let’s face it: the simpler your life, the less stuff you have… the less stuff you have to sort through to find what you’re looking for.

Recently, I was staying with my mother-in-law, who seemed to be always looking for her glasses. Yes, her house is filled with… stuff. It’s no wonder she’d lay them down and not be able to find them for a while.

Whereas–if you keep you tables relatively clear, objects stay in plain sight. They are lost less frequently. Save time. More time to do what you want! Hooray.

Keepin’ things simple.
