It’s making the mainstream fitness media! Shape Magazine published a profile of a woman diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS who then took charge of her diet and exercise, to mitigate her symptoms.

We all know that MS is a “your mileage may vary” disease, and that even though Aurora was able to reverse many of her symptoms, someone else may not achieve the same results. But here is additional evidence that less processed food is better for those of us battling autoimmune problems!

  1. Exercise seems to help with my energy level. They’ve also found that cardio can ward off progression. Diet… meh… still working on that. 🙂
